Meet the 26 year old who looks 12

Shin Hyomyung, from North Korea has baffled many with his looks.Shin looks like one who's yet to reach puberty despite hitting the grand of age of 26.

Most people guess his age to be around 12,but the identity card, which Mr Shin has to produce extremely often, says he was born in 1989, making him 26 this year.
According to The Korea Boo.com ,Shin suffers from a rare condition it called the "Highlander Syndrome" which it said causes him to age very slowly, but this has not been recognised by the medical world.
